How veteran RIA CEO Casey Bear is revolutionizing Wealth Management with Farther | $225M AUM (2026).

How veteran RIA CEO Casey Bear is revolutionizing Wealth Management with Farther | $225M AUM (2026). Farther, a financial platform, has bolstered its ranks with the addition of Casey Bear, a seasoned veteran in the billion-dollar RIA space. With $225 million in client assets and 13 years of RIA CEO experience under his belt, Bear brings a unique blend of legal expertise, collegiate athletics, and a disciplined, results-driven approach to Farther's advisory team. What makes Bear's appointment particularly intriguing is his background in building a billion-dollar AUM firm, Cranbrook Wealth Management. Here, he honed a bespoke advisory model, seamlessly coordinating with estate lawyers, accountants, and investment bankers to address clients' intricate financial needs. This experience, coupled with his legal training and athletic background, has shaped his client-centric, results-oriented style. Bear's decision to join Farther is driven by the platform's ability to streamline administrative tasks while providing the operational empowerment he needs to cater to his clients' complex wealth management requirements. With a deliberate focus on a smaller, more personalized client base, Bear can offer tailored attention and a high level of service. Farther's Intelligent Wealth Platform, which includes tax loss harvesting, automatic portfolio rebalancing, sophisticated asset location strategies, and personalized investment exclusions, further enhances Bear's ability to deliver a customized experience. This platform is designed to improve client outcomes by providing a comprehensive view of their financial picture, thereby enhancing transparency and coordination. "The addition of Casey Bear to our team is a testament to Farther's commitment to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients," said Bailey, VP, Head of Growth at Farther. "Casey's approach to the client experience aligns perfectly with our operating model, where high-touch service meets investment sophistication, and technology enables us to provide a personalized experience at scale." In my opinion, Bear's appointment is a strategic move by Farther to enhance its advisory services and client experience. His blend of expertise and approach to wealth management is a refreshing take on the industry, emphasizing personalized attention and a results-driven mindset. As Farther continues to expand its platform, Bear's leadership and vision will undoubtedly contribute to its success in the competitive financial advisory space. References.
