  • Familiarity with best practices governing the product lifecycle of hardware and embedded firmware
  • Experience working with global supply chains and manufacturing networks
  • Understanding drivers of cost in the development lifecycle
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Drive data-driven decision making and support PLM processes
  • Represent data visually to share the business story
  • Influence leaders across departments based on data
  • Establish reporting cadence to track progress of team goals
  • Build new data sets to support business decision making
  • Maintain knowledge of existing data structures
  • Collaborate with various teams to maintain data relevant to product lifecycle
  • Research and anticipate new technology for product development
  • Test and implement system updates from Propel/Salesforce
  • Train and troubleshoot for users
  • Identify and implement projects for process improvement
  • Create new SKUs, documents, and BOMs
  • Support Engineering teams in loading development BOMs
  • Ensure accurate Mass Production BOMs are published
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Suppliers, and Engineering for product costs
  • Support creation of ECOs and manage ECO review meetings
  • Contribute to process improvement at each stage of product lifecycle
  • Support departmental operations and occasional travel to Asia
