Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of Calvin Klein and the first point of contact for customers.
  • Prioritize customers, build relationships, understand their expectations and needs, and provide appropriate advice and service.
  • Help maintain the store's appearance, atmosphere, and image.
  • Work with colleagues to keep the store presentable, maintain stock levels, and meet or exceed commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to a close, engaged team in which colleagues feel supported and understand expectations.
