- Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Gain hands-on practical experience across Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Food and Beverage departments.
- Learn daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.
- Assist department managers with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve as the Manager on Duty, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and guests, overseeing property security, and handling emergency situations.
- Participate in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring all brand service standards and safety protocols are met.
