Information Security Project Manager

Job Description

Coordinating the implementation of a TISAX Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the MSX US market, working with the local Operations and Support Functions to ensure effective integration and alignment of processing activities to meet TISAX requirements and CCPA regulations.

• Implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned to TISAX requirements and controls. 
• Creation, maintenance and review of associated policies, procedures and support documentation. 
• Integration of new processes, or existing process improvement with the local departmental teams to ensure they meet TISAX requirements.
• Ensuring active and effective collaboration with market leadership, instilling ownership of departmental ISMS responsibilities.
• Promote ISC awareness in the markets, including monitoring  completion of mandatory employee ISC training modules.
• Support market Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities for all eligible projects, assets, and new suppliers in the market in order to achieve security risk reduction.
• Physical security assessment of MSX US office location/s.
• Preparation for, and coordination of, internal and external ISC audits assessment for the assigned market.  

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of TISAX and/or ISO27001.
• Project Management experience. Ability to establish work priorities and coordinate activities effectively to meet necessary deadlines and requirements with a systematic approach.
• Adaptability to time pressure and changing priorities, foreseeing problems and possible contingencies, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking.
• Able to interact effectively with local market management, with the ability to clearly convey requirements and expectations, as well as organise and manage actions.
• Able to operate in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
• Good standard ability with MS Office365 applications, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• TISAX / ISO27001 training a plus.

• Experience in information security compliance. Previous experience in project management will be a plus.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
