Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B GTM strategy, covering target industries, ideal customer profile, positioning, messaging, and launches.
Be the public voice of the product through content, demos, webinars, and industry events.
Showcase the product where business buyers are, such as LinkedIn, industry forums, conferences, and partner platforms.
Create sales material including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and demo videos.
Run ongoing competitor and market analysis and turn it into clear recommendations.
Run campaigns to generate leads, drive adoption, and track the results.
Use AI tools daily for research, content, and analytics, and build AI workflows that speed up the team.
Work closely with the AI engineers to understand the product and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communications, or any relevant field.
3–5 years in B2B Product Marketing, Growth PM or Growth Marketing.
Has owned GTM for at least one B2B or SaaS product.
Uses AI tools daily and can show examples of AI-powered workflows.
Strong storyteller who can present confidently to business audiences.
Data-driven, with hands-on experience in analytics tools and campaign tracking.
Curious about AI and eager to learn the technical side.
