- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives.
- Experience in designing scalable architectures that support evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern software frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
