Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for assigned properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and inspections, and prepare reports for management as needed.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to address tenant concerns and improve resident satisfaction.
Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations affecting property maintenance to ensure compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve property performance and implement cost-saving measures.
Oversee the ordering of maintenance supplies and materials and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our properties.
