Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 8 or more years of relevant experience in pricing, contracts, commercial negotiations, or equivalent experience; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6 or more years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4 or more years of relevant experience.
  • For a baccalaureate degree earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and implemented pricing policies for the PVH Vascular portfolio, translating business strategy, market conditions, and customer needs into clear pricing direction.
  • Own portfolio pricing strategy and governance, including price recommendations, pricing guardrails, approval pathways, exception criteria, and ongoing policy compliance across relevant products, customer types, and market segments.
  • Recommend pricing and reimbursement positions for current and future products; evaluate market research, competitive offers, customer economics, contract history, and financial analyses to support sustainable growth and margin.
  • Provide pricing input to new-product and launch plans, including launch price architecture, price menus, floors, and negotiation guidance; assess competitive positioning and price implications for new products.
  • Serve as the field- and customer-facing commercial lead for the PVH Commercial Account Desk, owning supply-chain price, terms, and commercial negotiations after the field representative qualifies the opportunity and makes a warm handoff.
  • Act as the single customer-facing commercial lead on price discussions; partner with representatives so they remain focused on physician engagement, clinical adoption, education, case support, utilization, and reorders.
  • Apply a consistent qualification gate and deal-routing approach, coordinating central support for enterprise, IDN/GPO, RFP, multi-district, and exception opportunities; district-aligned support for standard hospital deals; and streamlined handling of repeat or standard business within approved floors.
  • Negotiate within approved price bands, floors, and trade-off authority; document rationale and customer commitments; escalate exceptions and material risks through established governance, including the Pricing Board when appropriate.
  • Partner with Enterprise Contracting through a defined interface, service levels, shared operating cadence, and escalation path. Provide qualified deal information and negotiation outcomes without recreating Contracting analyses or assuming its contract drafting, legal redlines, execution, or price-loading responsibilities.
  • Provide input on final pricing contracts and coordinate with Contracting, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support accurate, timely, and policy-compliant deal execution.
  • Track and communicate performance measures, including negotiated price versus approved floor, quote-to-signature cycle time, handoff acceptance, approved-deal execution, customer and field experience, and adoption or reorder outcomes; use results to improve policy and process.
  • Lead day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Commercial Account Desk operating model, tools, training, and processes; guide or coach desk colleagues and cross-functional partners as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pricing strategy, price governance, contract economics, financial analysis, and customer and market factors that affect price realization.
  • Negotiation, customer relationship, and executive communication skills, including the ability to lead sensitive supply-chain discussions and communicate pricing decisions clearly and professionally.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Contracting; ability to define handoffs, service levels, escalation paths, and shared measures without duplicating partner responsibilities.
  • Project and process leadership skills, including stakeholder alignment, change management, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management system and pricing or contracting systems.

The FDA recall of 3,746 biopsy kits is the latest dated company-specific development, according to Boerse Express on October 17, 2026. Discover more Order Takeout Save on Rx Find Gov Offices FDA recall covers 3,746 kits. The Class II recall concerns biopsy needle kits made by Medtronic Navigation, Inc. Material deviations in reflective components can interfere with optical tracking during image-guided procedures. The affected products are used with surgical navigation systems, making the recall relevant to Medtronic's medical-surgical portfolio. The recall report also said Medtronic stock closed at EUR 84.34 on October 16, 2026, after a 1.40 percent decline. That dated move was linked in the report to broad technology-sector selling rather than a company-specific trading trigger. What changed in the portfolio? Medtronic completed the separation of MiniMed in October. The company exchanged 252,813,348 MiniMed shares for 55,032,401 Medtronic ordinary shares, according to Boerse Express. The transaction leaves Medtronic with a different revenue mix and a stronger emphasis on cardiovascular, surgical and neuroscience technologies. Three dated operating milestones. Stock remains below its yearly high. Medtronic's primary listing is on the NYSE, where the stock was last quoted at USD 94.63 on October 20, 2026. Its market capitalization was USD 121.0 billion, and the 52-week range was USD 73.31 to USD 106.33. The recall adds a product-quality issue to a portfolio transition that is otherwise being measured against stronger reported revenue growth. The stock was trading at EUR 84.36 at Lang & Schwarz on October 21, 2026, at 10:33 a.m. CEST, 7.04 percent below its 52-week high of EUR 90.75.
