- A minimum education level of high school, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working with milling machines.
- US person work authorization.
- Set up and operate various computer numerical control milling machines according to blueprint specifications.
- Conduct first-piece inspections to ensure parts are free of defects and ready for the next stage of production.
- Comply with all aspects of 5S.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- An associate degree in Precision Machining.
- Experience with multi-axis computer numerical control milling using FANUC controls, MAZAK, or similar systems.
- Experience with horizontal milling machines.
