Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
  • A minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
  • Experience working within the Apparel, Textile, Development, or Engineering industry
  • Knowledge and experience with digital color systems and technology
  • Knowledge of apparel and material construction, including garment construction
  • Strong knowledge of product creation process and the apparel business
  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to lead and work well with others in a fast-paced team
Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact partnering with Cross-Functional teams for color execution
  • Use color knowledge and collaboration skills to help execute Nike color palettes and be responsible for on-time buy-ready commercialization
  • Lead and implement the design and development of tools and processes
  • Build digital color capabilities to support color execution for Nike Apparel
  • Facilitate and track lab dips for seasonal initiatives
  • Identify and address key issues and challenges in color development
  • Interact with business teams involved in design, materials, product merchandising, product creation, materials manufacturing, and product integrity
  • Help onboard and mentor team members
  • Research new innovations
  • Lead and implement best practices
