  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, marketing, or another relevant field.
  • Four years of previous work experience in sales, property rentals, customer service, account management, or relevant experience.
  • A valid motor vehicle operator's license meeting North Carolina requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Administrator-Community Use to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly account maintenance is performed.
  • Assist clients through email, telephone, online, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Review Community Use team members' performance to ensure timely and successful delivery of reservation confirmations and invoices; establish performance timelines and escalate concerns to the Senior Administrator.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Community Use team, schools, and Central Services staff to resolve conflicts, constraints, and concerns related to facility scheduling and use by non-school groups.
  • Assist the Community Use team in meeting client needs and deliverables according to contracted timelines.
  • Evaluate the work of Community Use Specialist I and II positions, identify inaccuracies, deliver solutions, and resolve problems.
  • Accept ownership for new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Train the Community Use team, help maintain client satisfaction and contractual compliance, deliver daily client service, and follow up with clients to resolve escalated concerns.
  • Maintain timely and accurate Community Use facilities records; plan and report on account progress, monthly and quarterly standings, and forecast future account activity for the team.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client accounts.
  • Visit school sites to meet with school staff and clients, inspect fields, and verify space capacity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
