Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct student interviews, campus tours, and follow-up activities.
  • Educate prospective students on programs, career opportunities, admissions requirements, and student services.
  • Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
  • Partner with students to identify programs that align with their career goals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and active applicants.
  • Participate in open houses, career fairs, community events, orientations, and other recruitment activities.
  • Build relationships with prospective students and community partners to generate new leads and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and activity in the customer relationship management system.
  • Work toward individual and team enrollment goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate degree or equivalent college education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar goal-oriented role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
