Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in MIS or IT, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in project management or project controls.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, and application integrations.
  • Ability to build and configure customized Power BI reports from creation through presentation.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and API application integration.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while performing analytical work.
Responsibilities
  • Work with operational teams and the Project Controls Team to integrate applications including Procore, Exaktime, Power BI, and Fieldwire.
  • Assist with MIS enterprise application development.
  • Work with Finance, FP&A, and executive leadership teams to understand drivers of financial performance and analyze opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for budgeting, long-term forecasting, and decision support.
  • Research and analyze operational improvement, profitability analysis, budget modeling, and business development initiatives, including return on investment and revenue/cost analysis.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize monthly financials and key performance indicator reports for leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Support project teams in business improvement initiatives.
  • Complete ad hoc requests and projects as directed by management.
  • Travel to off-site locations and remote offices when required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project management experience, with PMP certification a plus.
  • Industrial field experience.
