- A bachelor's degree in MIS or IT, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in project management or project controls.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and application integrations.
- Ability to build and configure customized Power BI reports from creation through presentation.
- Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and API application integration.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while performing analytical work.
- Work with operational teams and the Project Controls Team to integrate applications including Procore, Exaktime, Power BI, and Fieldwire.
- Assist with MIS enterprise application development.
- Work with Finance, FP&A, and executive leadership teams to understand drivers of financial performance and analyze opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for budgeting, long-term forecasting, and decision support.
- Research and analyze operational improvement, profitability analysis, budget modeling, and business development initiatives, including return on investment and revenue/cost analysis.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize monthly financials and key performance indicator reports for leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Support project teams in business improvement initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc requests and projects as directed by management.
- Travel to off-site locations and remote offices when required.
- Project management experience, with PMP certification a plus.
- Industrial field experience.
