  • 1 year in a Product Marketing role or 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
  • Highly collaborative and able to partner well with cross-functional teams
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus - flexibility to quickly adapt and adjust your strategy to align with evolving business needs
  • Experience using in-platform messaging tools such as Intercom preferred
  • Understanding of the challenges and motivators for personas working in training, customer education or learning and development is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead product launch strategies, including coordination, content creation, and sales enablement
  • Partner with teams to build multi-channel product adoption plans
  • Prioritize and create compelling sales materials based on Sales team requests
  • Track competitor updates and prepare assets to optimally position Skilljar versus competitors
  • Craft targeted messaging to highlight Skilljar's value and maintain the company messaging guide
  • Create evergreen personas to train Sales
  • Rigorously test and optimize messaging for new web pages
  • Develop case studies, website content, and other marketing materials
