- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction or mental health treatment; relevant experience may be considered for providers with less than 2 years of experience.
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active Drug Enforcement Administration registration.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure; licensing costs are covered by Affect.
- A quiet, private office with a reliable internet connection for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act-compliant telehealth visits.
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations.
- Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions.
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions.
- Complete documentation in the Healthie electronic health record.
- Collaborate with the care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings.
- Medicaid enrollment is a plus.
