- Ability to coordinate with Supervisors, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering for room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Clean, refresh, and service all assigned suites and guest rooms, including specialty suites, corner suites, and signature Roswyn suites.
- Handle interiors, furnishings, artwork, soft goods, and décor according to luxury brand standards.
- Replenish suite amenities, minibar items, guest supplies, and linens according to presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, living areas, balconies, corridors, wardrobes, and luggage areas.
- Prepare suites for arrival with lifestyle-driven setups reflecting the brand personality.
- Execute turndown service in suites and rooms as required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping, amenities, and preferences.
- Deliver warm, refined, and discreet service while upholding guest privacy.
- Support VIP setups, special occasions, and guest personalization.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and discrepancies to the supervisor or Engineering.
- Clean, sanitize, and stock housekeeping trolleys, suite pantries, and equipment.
- Follow room assignment sheets and complete rooms and suites within expected timelines.
- Collect and deliver guest laundry professionally.
- Participate in scheduled deep cleaning of rooms and suites.
- Support eco-friendly housekeeping practices, including waste segregation and energy-saving habits.
- Follow housekeeping standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Supervisors, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering for room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Update room status promptly to avoid delays in guest check-ins.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
