  • Craft and execute comprehensive tests to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring to ensure the success and reliability of our core systems. Work with your team & other engineering teams at Spring Health to build & improve tools that allow operations teams to function efficiently.
  • As a Ruby/Rails engineer at Spring Health, you will collaborate closely with other engineers in the organization, working to build a uniform approach to platform development and to help establish core platform standards within Rails. You will understand the needs of stakeholders within the organization and ensure they can reliably deliver their work using platform core services.
