Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, adapting the approach to client needs and project phase.
Develop and maintain project scope and timelines, protect projects against scope creep, and provide alternative recovery solutions as needed.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating business needs into actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clients and internal teams.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, constraints, and opportunities.
Develop and execute test strategies, including test planning, user acceptance testing coordination, and defect triage, to ensure solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria.
Conduct data analysis and profiling to validate requirements, support migration activities, and inform data model and reporting design.
Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by clarifying scope, managing ambiguity, and communicating trade-offs.
Develop and champion creative solutions to execution challenges and promote continuous improvement in delivery standards.
Establish and uphold project standards and governance models to support predictable, high-quality execution across workstreams.
Facilitate steering committees and provide updates to executive sponsors.

About the role
As a Programme Manager at Infinite Lambda, you'll be a pivotal force behind the successful delivery of large-scale, complex client projects for our most important clients. You will be at the forefront of business transformation, holding ultimate accountability for project execution and owning the entire project lifecycle. You will ensure all projects and workstreams deliver tangible, measurable business value, on time and within budget, helping clients innovate and compete.
