Responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage deployments of Kinetic’s technology in a variety of industrial client environments
  • Help customers realize the benefits of our system by guiding them in device deployment, worker participation techniques, and continued review against success criteria
  • Present to a variety of groups including C-Level executive team, site managers and industrial workers to train them on Kinetic’s technology and workplace safety program
  • As a trusted advisor, provide consultation, additional training, support, ongoing feedback, and in-depth data analysis against goals for the life of your deployments
  • Analyze device data to identify safety issues at customer sites
  • Correlate our dashboard data (reduction in unsafe movements) to customer’s reduction in injury rates, and calculate ROI’s.

  • Experience in an account management, or customer success role in a B2B or enterprise technology startup
  • Experience working with both hardware and software technologies
  • Formal ergonomic training
  • Some knowledge of industrial workplaces
