- A first experience managing property-damage claims is required.
- The role requires strong writing ability, synthesis skills, and proficiency with office tools.
- The role requires agility, responsiveness, rigor, interpersonal ease, and an aptitude for negotiation and customer relations.
- Manage amicable claims indemnification files for property damage risks.
- Instruct, analyze, and negotiate amicable claims files within a property-damage portfolio.
- Commit the company during settlement operations while controlling costs within delegated authority.
- Work with claims-management teams, sales teams, settlement teams, accounting, technical departments, and expert advisors to serve policyholder satisfaction.
