Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military experience
  • Associates Degree with 5 or more years' experience in servicing pharmaceutical equipment
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing medical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment
  • Ability to read, understand and successfully follow medium to highly complex work instructions and wiring diagrams
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proven record of reliability and accountability
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities
  • Good customer relation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
  • Equipment installation, system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on all Cellares equipment/products
  • Maximizing system uptime through proactive preventive maintenance
  • Providing support for highly technical products
  • Traveling throughout a designated service region to support the company's products
  • Ordering and managing repair parts for clients
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers
  • Documenting and reporting product
