- Higher education in IAA (food and agricultural industries), at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level.

- Define and lead the workshop's zero-accident roadmap.
- Supervise and support production-workshop managers and their personnel while maintaining a positive social climate.
- Lead and participate with the teams in investment projects for the assigned sector.
- Establish staffing schedules for the various positions with the teams and anticipate potential additional staffing needs.
- Participate in the skills-development plan, including determining training needs and potential employee development paths.
- Validate and carry out production schedules in coordination with the scheduling department.
- Prepare and lead daily, weekly, and monthly operating routines with the teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational objectives for safety, quality, costs, and deadlines, and propose improvements.
- Propose and implement effective action plans.
- Support and engage teams in industrial and Operational Excellence projects, including standardization, 5S, and TSA.
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the food-processing industry.
