Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners, to drive new patient admissions and expand the organization's footprint in the market.
  • Analyze market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize time and focus on high-impact accounts.
  • Own a territory and build a book of business through relationships.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, Intake, and branch leadership so referrals move quickly and partners receive a good experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven field sales, marketing, or account executive experience, preferably in home health; hospice, skilled nursing facility, or infusion pharmacy backgrounds will be considered.
  • Experienced hires should have existing relationships with hospital systems or clinical settings.
