  • At least 3 years experience in an HR environment

Responsibilities
  • Be the champion for HR automation, data, and scale
  • Build and extend HR self-service tools and content to scale for the growing employee population
  • Manage and continually improve the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner closely with the Total Rewards team to manage benefits administration and leaves of absence
  • Partner closely with Recruiting, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Partner internally to manage HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain HRIS system, manage employee data, and regularly audit data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Partner closely with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll input
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR Operations inquiries, responding to, following up on, and working to resolve any issues and problems
