Virtus Insurance provides tailored insurance brokerage services for businesses, focusing on property and casualty coverage and employee benefits. It helps clients by pairing experienced consultants with service providers to assess each client’s risks, exposures, and needs, then designs customized insurance programs and ongoing risk-management strategies. The product works through a consultative process: the team analyzes a client’s operations, creates a risk profile, selects and negotiates coverage with carriers, and coordinates enrollment and administration of benefits. What sets Virtus apart is its relationship-driven approach, built on the founders’ experience in larger brokerages, which emphasizes long-term partnerships, continuous optimization of coverage, and hands-on support rather than one-off transactions. The company aims to reduce clients’ risk while lowering total costs by delivering precise, data-informed insurance solutions and proactive benefit planning.
