About the team

We engage with Fortune 500 customers on supply chain planning projects, supporting initiatives from early ideation through solution configuration, testing, and go-live. In addition to client-facing work, our team also drives internal initiatives such as solution documentation, process improvements, enablement assets, and best‑practice development that strengthen how we deliver value at scale. Our team is hands-on, customer-facing, and driven by delivering measurable business results. Interns are treated as true contributors, gaining real-world exposure to complex supply chain challenges while also helping shape internal tools, processes, and knowledge in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Internship Overview

The Associate Solution Consultant Intern will support customer-facing supply chain solution initiatives while developing foundational consulting and technical skills. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields who are interested in a future full-time consulting career.

This internship is intended to develop future Associate Solution Consultants, with successful interns considered for full-time roles upon graduation.

• Summer: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Academic Year: Part-time (20-40 hours/week) until graduation
• Graduation Window: December 2027 – May 2028

About the role

What you will do

• Support customer business requirements discovery sessions and assist with documenting requirements and process flows
• Assist with solution configuration, data setup, and scenario analysis within supply chain planning tools
• Participate in solution validation, testing cycles, and user feedback capture
• Support data management, cleansing, and integration activities across systems
• Help develop customer-facing training materials and assist with end-user training sessions
• Research supply chain industry trends and support benchmarking analyses
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project teams to ensure customers are realizing expected business benefits

What we are looking for

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028
• Strong academic performance
• Prior hands-on experience in Supply Chain or Operations, such as internships, co-ops, research projects, or relevant coursework-based projects
• Exposure to supply chain concepts including forecasting, inventory management, production planning, logistics, or demand/supply planning through academic or professional experience

Skills & Attributes

• Interest in customer-facing, consultative roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and scheduling
• Comfortable working with data and learning new technologies and tools
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Interest in AI-enabled or advanced analytics solutions within supply and demand planning
