Enterprise teams still copy data between systems all day. Work gets stuck in emails, legacy UIs, and handoffs. That chaos is costly, slow, and risky.
We're a fast-moving team on a mission to end it for good. Traction is strong, and we're solving real problems for real customers – but to win, we need exceptional talent. We stay humble, do the work, and let results speak.
We're building the post-RPA Agentic Automation Platform for enterprises – a horizontal platform where AI agents execute end-to-end work across UIs and APIs with governance built in. Where copilots stop, duvo finishes the job. Business users specify the outcome; agents plan, act, request approvals on exceptions, and learn with every run.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own core parts of the Duvo platform – the durable, repeatable primitives that let AI agents execute end-to-end work for enterprises.
You'll sit close to our enterprise customers, absorb every ask and every piece of noise, and translate it into platform capabilities that scale across all customers — one product, sold many times.
This is a senior IC role, reporting directly to the Head of Product, with full ownership of your platform areas. Strategy and deep execution sit in the same seat.
Own core areas of the platform end-to-end, from discovery through shipped product
Translate messy, customer-specific asks into abstract, durable base entities in the platform
Build with AI and agent leverage as a default part of your product process
Sit with customers in the field to gather first-hand insight
Drive both strategy and hands-on execution, owning outcomes alongside engineering and design
Help shape the product surface as Duvo expands across industries and enterprise functions
You'll be someone who:
Knows the enterprise deeply: You've been exposed to enterprise customers up close — ideally at an earlier-stage startup selling into enterprises, or inside an enterprise driving innovation projects around AI agents, automation, or related. You understand what enterprise-grade means in practice: RBAC, security reviews, on-prem constraints, privacy, and procurement quirks. No specific industry preference.
AI-native and high-agency: You've worked hands-on with AI agents, automation, or agentic workflows — you use AI in your daily work and have a clear point of view on where agent-native products are heading. We'll take agency and AI-nativeness over years of domain depth.
Has zero-to-one instincts: You've helped take a product from nothing to its first customers, or built something new inside an existing organisation.
Lives in the weeds: Strong IC who thrives on owning end-to-end cycles. You enjoy strategy, but also love deep execution work.
Translates field to product: You can sit with a customer, absorb the noise, and come back with the abstracted product primitive that scales.
Operates customer-first: The customer's voice inside the product team, and the product team's voice on the ground.
Thrives in ambiguity: You're comfortable with direct, no-nonsense communication and make progress without a playbook.
Required:
Deep exposure to enterprise customers at an enterprise-focused startup, or inside an enterprise on innovation, AI agent, or automation projects
Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, or agentic workflows
3–5+ years as a PM at a B2B product company or startup – we'll value agency and AI-nativeness over years in seat.
A track record of shipped outcomes you can point to, with metrics attached
Comfort owning both strategy and deep, hands-on execution
Some demonstrated zero-to-one experience
Nice to have:
Engineering background or technical fluency
Experience building horizontal platform products — automation, integration, or developer platforms
Earlier-stage startup experience (seed to Series B)
Customer-obsessed: we solve real problems, not hypothetical ones.
Iterative by default: we ship small, learn fast, and don't get attached to yesterday's code.
AI-first leverage: we use AI to move faster and focus human time where it matters most.
Frontier-aligned: our mission follows where frontier AI labs are heading.
Direct feedback, low ego: clear, actionable feedback so we can grow fast.
Remote across Europe, with monthly travel to Prague for in-person collaboration.
A sharp, motivated team that values ownership and candor
The chance to shape both product and culture while working on cutting-edge AI challenges
Real impact: Your work will ship to customers and move the business
Competitive equity and compensation

Duvo raises $32 million Series A to become the one platform enterprises run their operations on. Oct 14, 2026, 09:00 ET Led by Balderton Capital, the round funds Duvo's U.S. expansion. Its Enterprise Execution OS lets people and AI agents run processes together across the systems a company already has, starting with retail and consumer goods. NEW YORK and LONDON, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Duvo today announced a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures. The round brings Duvo's total funding to $48 million and will fund its expansion, starting with retailers and CPG companies. Two executives lead the expansion. Michael Green joins from Databricks as Chief Commercial Officer. He previously served as a Senior Vice President at Salesforce. Spencer Insolia recently joined as Managing Director, U.S. He was previously President of Kmart and a Managing Director at Accenture. Duvo is the Enterprise Execution OS: one platform where a company's operations run, with governed processes and clear user approvals. Duvo is built so that AI in operations doesn't stop at the pilot. Every process a company adds runs on the same connections, the same approval rules and the same record of results, instead of becoming another standalone project. The platform works the same way for every process. Duvo Clarity captures how the work really runs, through AI-led discovery interviews with the people who do it, screen recordings and existing documents. Duvo's agents then run the approved steps across ERPs, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes, through APIs where they exist and through the same screens people use where they don't. That's why Duvo can be live in weeks with the first process without a small army of engineers or a major systems integration project. Decisions and exceptions go to the person who owns them, and operating cockpits show what is waiting for a decision and what the process delivered. Most companies run on systems that don't talk to each other, and the manual work in those gaps is where value leaks. Duvo runs that work on one platform and recovers the value. Gartner projects spending on business orchestration and automation technologies will exceed $21 billion by 2029, as enterprises consolidate fragmented automation tools onto a single platform. But turning that into operational results is proving hard. Gartner predicts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 because of escalating costs, unclear business value or inadequate risk controls. In a separate survey of 350 executives at companies with $1 billion or more in revenue, Gartner found that those reporting higher returns from AI agents and automation had cut staff about as often as those with modest or negative results. "For a while I measured AI in heads, counting how many people an agent could replace. It's the wrong unit," said Tomáš Čupr, co-founder and CEO of Duvo and founder and Group CEO of Rohlik Group. "At Rohlik, the gains I'd point to came from work nobody had the hours for. Our planners used to check about eight at-risk products a day per market for shortages. Now every signal gets checked, around the clock. We think of it as raising the GDP of every employee: more value from the people a company has, not the same value from fewer of them." Duvo has unlocked over $100m+ for its clients, across finance, supply chain, commercial, customer care, marketing and HR. At Notino, Europe's largest online beauty retailer, those results span finance, customer care and marketing. Its quarterly reconciliation of about $45 million a year in supplier bonuses went from 70 days to 15, and from around 120 specialist hours per cycle to under 10. "Our business processes have evolved over decades, and Duvo gives us a way to understand them in detail, and quickly," said Gordon MacPherson, Group Productivity Director at U.K. supermarket chain Morrisons. "It means decisions about which repetitive everyday tasks to simplify, redesign and automate can be based on evidence rather than assumptions. That gives us a much clearer path from identifying AI opportunities to putting them into operation, freeing up our people to concentrate on high-value work for the benefit of colleagues and customers." "Getting AI agents to work reliably across the enterprise remains incredibly difficult," said Rob Moffat, Partner at Balderton Capital. "Duvo's unique ability is in how it uses AI to capture how work actually happens in the enterprise and what the causes of loss are. Duvo then automates these processes in the same integrated system. This is only possible with the deep operational experience of the founder Tomáš who previously founded three companies including Rohlik, the leading online grocer. Feedback from customers and consultancy partners is off the charts positive. We are looking forward to supporting Tomáš and team as they build the global leader in this segment." Duvo is model-agnostic, so the AI underneath can change without rebuilding the processes on top of it. Companies with stricter security or sovereignty requirements can run open-weight models on dedicated GPUs, connect a model in their own cloud or on-premises, or use an AI endpoint they already approve. Every approval and every change written back to a company's systems is recorded. Duvo is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certified, and U.S. companies can buy it through Microsoft's Azure Marketplace. "Our clients don't need more AI pilots. They need operations that actually change," said Jan Hejtmánek, Partner and AI Institute Leader at Deloitte Central Europe. "Through our alliance with Duvo, we combine Deloitte's transformation expertise with an Enterprise Execution OS that maps how processes really work and then runs them, with people in control." "I've spent half my career as a retail operator and half as a consultant, and the same gap showed up from both sides: the insight was there, the execution rarely followed. Duvo closes that gap, and that's why I'm here," said Spencer Insolia, Managing Director, U.S. at Duvo. "We're starting in the U.S. with retailers and consumer goods companies, because that's the work we know best," said Čupr. "But the processes we start with, like freight and invoice audit, aren't unique to retail." Christoph Schwaiger, former CEO at ALDI SÜD Holding, has also joined as Senior Advisor. U.S. companies can start with one process, such as freight audit or payables audit, or with a free process map. Today, Duvo and Deloitte are announcing a Europe-wide partnership for the delivery of agentic automation programmes. Key takeaways. * Duvo and Deloitte have launched a Europe-wide partnership to deliver agentic automation programmes to enterprise customers. * The partnership bridges the gap between software capability and production-grade delivery inside complex, regulated organisations. * This combined model pairs Duvo's AI platform with Deloitte's deep delivery practice and is already live across multiple European markets. The delivery gap nobody priced in. For two decades, enterprise automation has been sold on capability. Faster processing. Fewer errors. Headcount you can redeploy. The pitch has always been about what the software can do. But capability was never the thing that failed. Delivery was. Every wave of automation has run into the same wall: workflow engines, BPM, RPA, and now agentic automation. The licence gets signed. The pilot demos beautifully. And then the real work begins, making it live inside a messy, regulated, decades-deep organisation. That is where the value quietly leaks away. Why the last mile is the hard mile. The reason is structural, not accidental. A platform is built to be general. An enterprise is specifically, stubbornly itself: legacy systems layered over legacy systems, process variation between business units, compliance constraints that differ by market, integration debt nobody fully documented. The distance between "the platform supports this" and "this is running in production, owned by a team, surviving the next system change" is the entire game, and it is almost never on the slide. The previous era leaned on sheer manual effort: automations hand-built and hand-maintained, brittle enough that a single change to an underlying screen or schema could break them. The software got bought. The delivery model didn't scale, and the maintenance tax ate the return. Plenty of programmes never earned back the cost of standing them up. Agentic automation raises the ceiling, and the stakes. Agents change the capability frontier. They reason, adapt to variation, and handle the ambiguity that broke rule-based scripts. The ceiling on what can be automated is suddenly much higher. But a higher ceiling does not close the delivery gap. It widens it. Putting autonomous systems into the core of a large organisation demands more rigour, not less: governance, auditability, human oversight, clean integration, real change management. The more capable the technology, the more disciplined the delivery has to be. Capability without a delivery model is just a more sophisticated way to stall. The model that actually works. If the problem is structural, the answer has to be structural too. Software alone breaks at delivery. Services alone produce impressive one-offs with no durable platform underneath them. The combination that holds is a platform engineered for production from the first line of code, paired with a delivery practice deep enough to operationalise it across large, complex organisations, at the pace those organisations actually need. That is the thinking behind its Europe-wide partnership with Deloitte for the delivery of agentic automation programmes. This is not a statement of intent. Duvo.ai is already in production together, on live customer engagements across multiple European markets. What that looks like in practice: the platform carries the autonomy, the integration surface, and the controls. The delivery practice carries the depth, the sector knowledge, and the reach to land it inside organisations where "go live" means clearing security, compliance, and a dozen stakeholders, then keeping it running long after launch day. Why the signal matters. A firm of Deloitte's calibre does not put its name behind technology that hasn't earned it. They evaluated the alternatives. They spoke with the customers already running it. They chose to build their delivery practice on its platform. For a leader weighing how to make agentic automation real, that is the part worth sitting with. The hard question was never whether the technology is impressive. It is whether anyone can deliver it into your environment and make it stick. This partnership exists because that question now has an answer. Duvo.ai is looking forward to the conversations. Speak to Duvo.ai to see how agentic automation can work in your environment. Frequently asked questions. Q: What does the Duvo and Deloitte partnership deliver? Duvo and Deloitte have partnered to deliver enterprise-grade agentic automation programmes across European markets, combining Duvo's AI platform with Deloitte's implementation expertise. Q: Why do enterprise automation projects often fail in production? Automation projects often stall due to structural delivery challenges like legacy system complexity, compliance constraints, and unmapped process variations, rather than limits in the software's capability. Q: How does agentic automation differ from traditional RPA? Agentic automation can reason, adapt to variation, and handle ambiguity without relying on the brittle, rule-based scripts and rigid workflows that traditional RPA requires. Q: What makes this automation delivery model different? This model pairs an AI platform engineered with production controls directly with a dedicated delivery practice designed to clear security, integration, and stakeholder requirements at scale. Q: When will the Duvo and Deloitte partnership be available for customers? The partnership is already fully operational and in production, with live customer engagements currently deployed across multiple European markets.
