Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for consumer facing digital products.
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and an intuitive grasp of what makes a shopping experience engaging and effective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our UX, product management, engineering, analytics, and digital merchandising teams to understand our customers' needs and business objectives.
  • Design seamless and visually compelling user interfaces for our website, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital platforms.
  • Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring concepts to life, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Engage in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Perform UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and analysis of user interaction data, to refine user personas, journey maps, and inform design direction.
  • Maintain and evolve our digital design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing insight into your design process and demonstrating how your work aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, UX design, and technology to continuously improve our digital offerings.
