About the job
- At least 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
- At least 5 years of strong technical experience using data management and visualization software.
- Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team, with the ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- Serve as the Reporting Team Lead and provide leadership for reporting, dashboard, visualization, and business process technology initiatives.
- Lead the planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualization solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in data management and data visualization platforms.
- Translate business and operational requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and visual analytics products.
- Support reporting strategies that improve visibility into business performance, operational metrics, and mission outcomes.
- Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment to support iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with data sources, business processes, and enterprise technology objectives.
- Recommend improvements to reporting capabilities, visualization standards, and business process technology practices.
- Ensure reporting tools and outputs are scalable, maintainable, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead efforts to organize, prioritize, and execute significant strategic initiatives related to reporting and business process improvement.
- Lead and mentor the Reporting team in delivering enterprise reporting and visualization solutions.
- Provide direction on reporting strategy, visualization standards, development priorities, and process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate reporting efforts across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of reporting capabilities.
- Power BI experience is strongly preferred.
