About the job
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Exchange Online and its advanced features.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Have experience with Microsoft 365 compliance and security portals.
- Have knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Have knowledge of the synchronization process from Active Directory to Azure Active Directory.
- Participate in service migration and deployment projects across build and run activities.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 platform and ensure the availability of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive services.
- Implement security and governance policies for Microsoft 365.
- Provide level 2/3 technical support to users.
- Write and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Plan and execute updates, security patches, and new features.
- Educate users on best practices for collaborative solutions.
