Robotics Automation Operator

We are hiring a Robotics Automation Operator to join our onsite team and support the daily operation and evolution of our automated grocery packing system. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to system performance, assist engineering and product teams in launching new features, and provide white-glove support to our partners onsite. This is a chance to gain early experience inside a fast-moving robotics company, with direct exposure to hardware, software, and operations working as one.

What You’ll Do

● Monitor real-time performance of Fulfil’s robotic automation system during live operations

● Provide white-glove, high-touch support to our onsite partners, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their workday

● Communicate partner needs and observations clearly to engineering, operations, and product teams

● Help cross-functional teams execute initiatives tied to system performance, reliability, and partner enablement

● Document findings and feedback with clarity and detail for both onsite and remote teams

● Contribute to a service-oriented operational culture grounded in responsiveness and ownership

● Assist with projects such as product onboarding, testing, and validation workflows as new SKUs and improvements are introduced into the system 

What We’re Looking For

● Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an extended site coverage schedule

     ○ This role has either 3:00am - 1:00pm or 12:30pm - 11:00pm shift requirements, up to 3 shifts per week (non-negotiable as we proudly serve the grocery industry)

● Quick learner who thrives on feedback, iteration, and the pace of a startup environment

● Clear communicator who contributes positively to team culture and cross-team collaboration

● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain calm, focused execution under pressure

● Driven to go the extra mile, strong desire to cultivate your skillset for the future of automation and robotics

● Comfortable working with computers, learning new software, and performing updated procedures

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

● Working with or around automation, robotics, or industrial equipment

● Supporting system rollouts, QA processes, or operational pilots

● Experience in grocery, retail, field support, or high-end customer service

● Familiarity with tools like Slack, JIRA, or digital workflow systems

● Energized by the challenge of scaling-operations and open to relocating in the future if the right opportunity arises
