About the job
- Passion for cycling and helping others.
- Prior fitting experience and/or training is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift more than 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Deliver rider service using the established bike-fit methodology.
- Conduct comprehensive physical and structural pre-assessments.
- Recommend and perform bike adjustments, including frame size, handlebar width, saddle position, and cleat placement.
- Use fit tools and software to improve rider performance and comfort.
- Collaborate with retail and service teams to provide a seamless rider experience.
- Maintain clean and organized fitting and product areas.
- Understand and clearly communicate systems relating to handlebar width, stack/reach, saddle selection, saddle height, saddle fore/aft, leg extension, cleat placement, cleat shims, and foot beds to improve comfort and performance.
- Support the service department between fit appointments by helping riders get back on the road and expanding technical skills, if willing and able.
- Applicants willing and able to support the service department between fit appointments will be prioritized.
