  • A university degree in Engineering is required.
  • Fifteen to twenty years of experience working with engineering, manufacturing, and distribution operations in an industrial environment is required.
  • A deep and broad understanding of fluid flow and heat transfer in the built environment is required.
  • Customer-facing communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Experience managing global teams is required.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict within centralized and matrix organizational structures are required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and maintain the offering strategy based on macro trends, addressable markets, growth rates, competition analysis, and financial aspirations.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, and Voice of Partner initiatives to inform offering management.
  • Gather and integrate competitive intelligence, market reports, outlooks, and win-loss data to refine the offering strategy for recurring services.
  • Create business propositions for capital investment, market growth, and improved market position.
  • Engage with strategic industry associations and standards-setting committees relevant to market objectives.
  • Develop performance-envelope-based modular solutions addressing fluid flow and heat transfer needs in buildings.
  • Build the product portfolio around district energy, data centers, and energy upgrades.
  • Lead the Agile value stream and secure the resources and support required to build a predominantly modular performance-solutions offering.
  • Work with Sales to gather Voice of Customer input and determine the product roadmap.
  • Identify and manage total addressable market, potential addressable market, and serviceable available market volumes globally.
  • Define Business Systems operating requirements and functional configuration for implementation of the Offering Plan.
  • Work with Business Systems Leaders and Operations Leaders to deliver against target market requirements, monitor metrics, and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales Directors and Operations Leaders to optimize customer experience, offering quality, and delivery.
  • Drive the offering marketing and communications program, including awareness, consideration, hit rate, and conversion.
  • Work with Sales to ensure the multichannel model maximizes reach and profitability and continuously improve channel structure and incentives.
  • Execute the Annual Business Plan and make real-time adjustments to deliver financial results.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales Directors and Operations to achieve global revenue, standard margin, and contribution goals.
  • Maintain product support materials, including selection and analysis engines, training principles, technical submittals, and installation and operation instructions.
  • Manage the offering lifecycle, including launch quality and timelines, adoption, recurring-service renewals, price management, and obsolescence.
  • Provide annual-plan input and direction to functional teams across the organization to meet Offering Category requirements.
