  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience providing support for plans and JIPOE analysis.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience preparing, integrating, briefing and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessment in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience providing analysis supporting Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic targeting efforts.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience maintaining Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations.
  • At least ten (10) years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least eight (8) years are on the adversary function, or 12+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience.
  • Credentialed SME or recognized expert who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on the adversary function.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience conducting near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the Program’s mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated relevant experience providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology.
  • At least ten (10) years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least 8 years’ experience are analyzing strategic mobile missiles, or 10+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience with adversary strategic mobile missiles. SME or recognized expert with general DIA analytic credentials who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on adversary strategic mobile missiles
Responsibilities
  • Conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the Program’s mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning.
  • Support, establish, and maintain a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats.
  • Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable planning, and authoring intelligence products for the United States Strategic Command HQ Staff, assigned Component Commands and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community.

Alaska Native corporation CIRI acquires IT firm I2X Technologies to expand $1B+ portfolio

Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), an Alaska Native regional corporation, has acquired I2X Technologies, a provider of IT software, systems engineering and data management solutions to government and private-sector clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. I2X, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, employs nearly 280 staff. The company will operate under OSC Global, CIRI's wholly owned IT and cybersecurity subsidiary formed in 2024. The acquisition expands CIRI's diverse business portfolio, which currently exceeds $1 billion in assets. CIRI, created under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act in 1972, has nearly 10,000 shareholders. CEO Swami Iyer said the purchase strengthens the company's portfolio and positions it for long-term growth.
