- Ability to provide basic application software and hardware support.
- Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology.
- Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form and work effectively with diverse groups to accomplish objectives.
- Experience with adult learning practices, principles, and procedures in classroom and online presentations.
- Experience with JIRA software.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience with project management.
