Requirements
- A master's, doctorate, or medical degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas.
- New Mexico independent licensure in one or more of the following: MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP, or RN.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a licensed clinician working with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults.
- Ability to develop, organize, plan, and document clinical services.
- Ability to supervise clinical personnel.
- Ability to maintain professional standards of conduct and effective working relationships with clients, parents, regulatory agencies, and other professionals.
- Computer literacy to maintain compliance with BHSD standards and requirements for computerized client assessments and data systems.
- A current, valid New Mexico driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, oversight, and related administration and coordination duties for assigned programs or catchment areas.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment and service planning, crisis response, and individual, group, and family therapy.
- Provide staff training and support as assigned.
