Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for accounting (GL, AP, month and quarter end close, system implementations, subsidiary setup and compliance), treasury and tax compliance
  • Drive operational excellence for financial processes
  • Reduce time to close by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to automate or streamline manual close and reporting processes
  • Ensure a successful and timely annual audit
  • Lead/co-lead business process solution design/redesign and implementation
  • Drive data transformation to deliver faster and richer insights in support of data-driven decision making
  • Partner with business operations to forecast accounting implications of investments
  • Understand business to optimize the financials and presentation
  • Develop a high-performance team, establish and continuously improve business processes and procedures to drive scalability in a high growth environment
  • IPO readiness: fast, accurate and timely close, SOX like controls and sub-certifications
  • Strong financial processes, US and international operations experience along with US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
  • Oversee global consolidation and partner with finance operations leader on key initiatives
