- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Extensive experience in clinical leadership roles, including leading and coaching physicians or clinical staff.
- Experience using metrics-driven analysis of cost, quality, and satisfaction data to drive clinical strategy and program redesign.
- Ability to develop and implement new processes.
- Ability to maintain composure under challenging circumstances while guiding others to effective solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving.
- Serve as the primary care provider for assigned Flagship Health patients.
- Lead a clinical and support team in developing, implementing, and executing clinical programs, business operations, community support, social services, and wellness services.
- Support continuous improvement by collaborating as a leader and sharing best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic input into organization-wide projects and initiatives involving care management, quality improvement, utilization management, clinical committee functions and leadership, network management, health plan management, documentation and risk adjustment, and clinical compliance and policy development.
- Model and reinforce a culture of innovation, open dialogue, urgency, active listening, and adaptability.
- Five or more years of experience in outpatient practice.
- Military or Veterans Health Administration experience.
- Experience with value-based care.
- Commitment to serving veteran populations.
