Responsibilities

Check inventory levels and replenish the department according to seasonality and customer needs.
Arrange and present the department attractively for customers.
Manage the department's shelf-stocking team.
Ensure product quality, preservation, and department hygiene.

Description du poste

Vous serez chargé de vérifier l’état de vos stocks, approvisionner votre rayon selon la saisonnalité et les besoins des clients. Véritable commerçant, vous aurez pour mission quotidienne, la théâtralisation du rayon afin de le rendre attrayant ainsi que la gestion de votre propre équipe de mise en rayon. Garant de la qualité de vos produits, vous assurez leur conservation et l’hygiène de votre rayon.

Qualifications

Expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire exigée.

Rigoureux(e), dynamique, commerçant(e) et bon(ne) communiquant(e), vous partagez et faîtes partager les valeurs fortes de l'enseigne: proximité, performance et savez entraîner votre équipe dans l'accompagnement du développement de votre rayon et du point de vente en général.

Informations supplémentaires

Nous vous proposons un CDI à temps plein. Salaire fixe (à négocier selon profil et expériences) sur 13 mois + primes sur objectifs.
