  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of process or project management experience in an agency, startup, or corporate setting
  • At least 4 years experience supporting full life-cycle marketing and advertising campaigns
  • At least 4 years of experience managing budgets
Responsibilities
  • Oversee project workstreams from start to finish, ensuring each project meets set deadlines, budgets, and resources
  • Work cross functionally with leads from legal, compliance, creative, and finance to ensure project timelines and goals are met
  • Conduct daily task reviews
  • Attend marketing meetings and communicate progress
  • Assess project status and flag dependencies and potential impediments
  • Assign roles to team members and agency partners
  • Track budgets and provide regular report outs
  • Build workflows to streamline marketing processes
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies
  • Update internal leadership on progress or issues; develop thoughtful presentations when necessary
  • Troubleshoot problems proactively
