IT Operations Manager
About the job
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience architecting and managing scalable cloud infrastructure within Amazon Web Services.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking.
- Proven experience managing data security protocols and compliance audits.
- Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement long-term scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Oversee the design and health of internal IT systems, including networking, cloud environments, and hardware procurement.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, including Payment Card Industry compliance, to protect sensitive merchant and logistics data.
- Manage the company’s internal software stack, including Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
- Support the IT needs of a distributed network model, ensuring reliable connectivity and data flow between the company and its fulfillment partners.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with hardware and software vendors to ensure cost-efficient scaling.
- Establish and maintain internal service-level agreements for IT support, providing high-level troubleshooting for local and remote employees.
- Develop and test backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 logistics environment.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company is preferred.
