Requirements
  • A university or college Bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
  • At least 5 years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of fiduciary practices, including trust real estate.
  • Knowledge of contracts review, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, fiduciary responsibilities, lease and property management, real estate development, real estate law and policy compliance, real estate property data analysis, and real estate sales closings and agreements.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee workflow and assist the team with executing transactions and processes.
  • Monitor and coordinate operations workflow, assist team members with escalated issues, process or reconcile transactions, identify and address exceptions, and serve as a point of escalation.
  • Coach team members and provide applicable training; lead team huddles, meetings, or continuous improvement sessions as needed.
  • Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers, review processes, recommend improvements, assist with implementation, update standard operating procedures, and serve as a subject matter resource for projects.
  • Review transactions, related documents, reports, and work processes for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to procedures; participate in risk mitigation activities.
  • Oversee assigned trust-owned real estate assets, including residential, rental, commercial, farmland, timber, oil, gas, and mineral interests.
  • Acquire, preserve, and manage trust-owned real estate while identifying, mitigating, and escalating risk.
  • Manage real estate activities including purchases, sales, leases, negotiations, property management, safekeeping, disposition and productivity analysis, bill payments, tax and insurance enforcement, and hiring contractors and agents.
  • Collaborate with fiduciary counsel, market fiduciary advisors, and managers to analyze, manage, escalate, and resolve risks.
  • Assess risk and recommend whether to accept, retain, or sell assets; oversee annual reviews and present recommendations to the Real Estate Trust Investment Committee and/or Special Assets Committee.
  • Preserve and manage physical properties, recommend improvements, coordinate maintenance and upkeep professionals, and ensure properties are inspected, valued, insured, and current on taxes, insurance premiums, and related expenses.
  • Guide property purchases and sales, determine capital improvement needs, assess transaction risk, present committee recommendations, and coordinate ownership transfers with internal partners and external service providers.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
