Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience or equivalent technical experience at a SaaS and/or Observability company
  • Strong technical background or sense of the day in the life of an engineer shipping, maintaining, or securing a distributed cloud application
  • Comfortable with creating pricing, costs, and revenue models
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-obsessed with a high quality standard for the product

  • Provide data-driven and feedback-based recommendations

Responsibilities
  • Work backwards from customer conversations on recommendations for new features and enhancements within Metrics Query Capabilities and Analytics
  • Own Metrics Query experience and Metrics Monitors - building roadmap, writing product briefs, working with the design and engineering team, and launching features
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and the plan for Custom Metrics
