About the job
- Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, or childcare is preferred.
- A passion for sports and a desire to inspire young athletes are required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children are required.
- Soccer experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekends is required.
- Ability to travel to various class locations up to 30 minutes away is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws is required.
- Conduct fun soccer classes for children aged 5–12.
- Use age-appropriate drills and games to teach soccer fundamentals.
- Learn and deliver the soccer curriculum provided by Soccer Stars.
- Provide individual attention to each child to support skill development and personal growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Interact positively with children, parents, and staff to maintain open communication.
- Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, or childcare.
