About the job
- Hold a current, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Have 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Provide proof of a negative tuberculosis test result.
- Provide physical screening documentation from within the last year.
- Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Have a valid California driver's license and insurance.
- Have a cell phone with internet access.
- Coordinate with physicians, rehabilitation services, and other care providers.
- Educate clients on their diagnoses and treatment and ensure they understand the information.
- Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and management of chronic conditions.
- Organize and document care.
- Home Health experience.
