Construction Manager/Inspector @ Anser Advisory

Anser is looking for a Construction Manager/Inspector to field manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the construction phase of a project including mobilization, construction, and closeout. Manage the firm’s day-to-day construction oversight efforts on major contracts. Supervises contractors and subcontractors to ensure performance, schedule, overall construction compliance meets safety regulations, quality standards and adheres to specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pump station construction
Odor control facility construction
Tunnel construction (preference for wastewater or CSO tunnels)
Large diameter tunnel construction – tunneling boring machine (TBM) or conventional tunnel excavation (drill and blast)
Microtunneling or other trenchless tunneling methods
Pre-excavation probing and grouting
Tunnel shaft construction
Mined adit connections
Hydraulic diversion structure construction
Live sewer diversion work
Mechanical, electrical and control systems installation and testing

Minimum Requirements

Registered professional engineer and/or CCM certification
member of professional engineering organization such as ASCE, NSPE, SAME, IBTTA, UCE/SME, or AITES is a plus
