Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee data and pay rules, ensure data accuracy between platforms, serve as the first point of contact for HRIS support, and support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
  • Monitor E-Verify cases and perform follow-up activities; maintain I-9 tracking and reporting processes; generate and analyze discrepancy and audit reports; collect and track worker change history reports; and prepare and distribute weekly termination reports.
  • Assist with invoice analysis and reporting for the background screening vendor; track 90-day employee reviews and coordinate follow-up communications; and support audit readiness and documentation accuracy across HR processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, training plans, and new-hire checklists; process new-hire documentation, including I-9 verification and system entry; and facilitate 359 documentation and employee changes through DocuSign.
  • Ensure employee data is accurately entered and maintained in HR systems, including Workday, Oracle HRMS, and UKG; distribute employee login credentials and onboarding materials; and maintain employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate town halls, recognition programs, holiday parties, and employee events; participate in the Chesterfield activities committee and safety committees; and assist with internal communications, announcements, office coordination, and maintenance of the office seating chart.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding activities and exit processes, including exit interviews; assist with employee inquiries and HR-related requests; and support tuition reimbursement administration, charitable giving, and employee engagement activities.
  • Create and maintain Oracle HRMS records; identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency; develop and maintain SOPs for onboarding, announcements, and reporting; and support HR process documentation and workflow tracking.
  • Assist the HR Director with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • The standard Monday-Friday schedule offers the option to work remotely one day per week.
