- Strength with processes and procedures.
- Requirement-gathering, process-flow, and process-improvement experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with all levels of management.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
- Capture current-state processes, identify improvements, and document the resulting processes and procedures.
- Gather requirements and create or contribute to process flows.
- Perform process improvement activities.
- Interface with all levels of management regarding documentation and processes.
