  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers are required.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Imprivata or privacy surveillance software, NAVEX or compliance tracking software, revenue cycle audit solutions, and electronic health records is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Design business analysis and data-recording systems for use throughout the department.
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and identify trends in reported compliance issues and inquiries.
  • Examine data reports regularly to locate and resolve errors.
  • Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
  • Create business reports and dashboards that provide insight into key data points.
  • Communicate data analysis results in written and verbal form to managers.
  • Assist the team with maintaining electronic data management systems used in the department, including NAVEX, Imprivata, MDaudit, COI-Smart, and Intelligent Contracts.
  • Assist the Privacy team with coordinating, developing, facilitating, and enhancing the Privacy Program through reporting trends, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Assist the Vice President and Manager with coordinating system-wide privacy and compliance projects, including collaborating with Information Security, Information Services, Human Resources, or operations teams to identify and implement process or system changes.
  • Collect and analyze privacy program data and analytics and develop standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Support privacy-related initiatives, including planning and performing privacy-based risk assessments and data-inventory processes.
  • Support the Vice President, department managers, and compliance team in meeting federal and state reporting requirements, including Office for Civil Rights breach notification and follow-up investigations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant privacy laws, regulations, rules, and standards, and stay current on privacy trends.
  • Assist the Manager and Vice President with requests for data sharing with external entities.
  • Assist the Compliance Team with managing general audits identified on the Annual Workplan and other audits as needed.
  • Develop and facilitate designated monitoring activities to assess compliance with policies and ensure monitoring occurs consistently.
  • Assist with implementing compliance training and education.
  • Support the System Compliance Committee and Audit & Risk Committee and implementation of the Compliance work plan.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Compliance Services software tools to optimize their use.
  • Participate in committees and work groups representing Compliance as requested.
  • Handle compliance and privacy matters sensitively and maintain strict confidentiality of all work material and activities.
  • Perform special projects related to Compliance at the Manager's direction.
  • Support development and implementation of a sustainable Privacy and Compliance management program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience as a data analyst is preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Imprivata or privacy surveillance software, NAVEX or compliance tracking software, revenue cycle audit solutions, and electronic health records is preferred.

(“TriSalus” or the “company”), an oncology company in the process of going public through a business combination transaction (the “Business Combination”) with MedTech Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MTAC) (“MedTech” or “MTAC”), today announced that it has expanded the reach of its ongoing Pressure-Enabled Regional Immuno-Oncology™ (“PERIO™-01” and “PERIO™-02”) clinical program.In recent months TriSalus has opened five new PERIO™-01 (NCT04935229) clinical trial sites, at Stanford University Hospitals, University of California Los Angeles, University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, University of Washington Medical Center and University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, in addition to five previously activated sites.
